Does your company provide drop bins?
In short no we do not provide drop bins. The Rubbish Machine service is one where the truck that arrives has a 16 cubic yard bin (432 cubic feet) on the back of it. Our staff loads this container for you on the spot.

Why would I use The Rubbish Machine instead of a drop bin?
With our service you get team of two who will load the truck fast and efficiently. You will not need to hire day labor or supervise them. Furthermore, our trucks are generally in and out of a site within two hours and you are also only charged on a per yard basis with our trucks unlike a dumpster where you pay a flat rate no matter how much material you have.

Do you go into the property and remove items?
Yes we do. With every load of junk or item that is hauled the rate includes the loading for up to one hour worth of time on a full load. So if an item is on the fourth floor or at the back of a property we will take it.

Do you require that we have a contact on site?
When we are servicing new properties or new customers we require a site contact to review the rates and to know the materials that have to go. Furthermore, if we are accessing a specific unit or a garage, we will need someone to let us in. Once we have an established relationship we will service properties without someone having to be on site.

How big are your trucks?
All of our trucks have the capacity to haul 16 yards (432 cubic feet) of material. The dimensions of the container on the back are 10.5 feet long 7.5 feet wide and 5.5 feet high.

Can you move some material from one site two another?
Generally we are not in the business of moving items from sit two site. We do not carry moving and storage insurance for your items and the truck bins are dirty and open to the weather.

Do you work in the evening and on the weekends?
Our trucks run 6 days a week during normal business hours (8:30am-5:30pm). We do make special arrangements to work in the evening or in early morning depending on the materials and on the location.

Can you give me a fixed price?
We only give you a fixed price for items over the phone if we are hauling a single item. When we are hauling more than one item, our rates are based on the volume that all items take up in the truck and this can only be done once our truck team sees the items in person.
